| Report: | A close match was played out tonight at the Bulldog Pit with Bridgend winning 3-2 at the end of the night. With the number 1s starting proceedings for a change, Big Dai, moving like an 18st gazelle, put in a clinical effort against his former team mate to start the ball rolling. Gareth "McMuff" Arthur overcame hitting the physical wall in the third to close out 3-1 and level the match. Next came the battle at 5 with experience vs youth. Young Daniel Higgs won out after a shaky start and it was a good win against Mike Phillips who has had the front forehand corner on court 1 renamed after him in honour of the 37 drop shot winners he hit tonight!
With "Hazza" Pugh edging out Gemma "the analyst" Davies it was down to the number 2s.
Dai "Dolphin" Thomas, continued his winning run this season, overcoming some extravagant appeals from the theatrical James to close out the match 3-0. Some fantastic rallies were played out between the two and it brought a close to a fun night of squash.
