| Report: | Received message from away captain Saturday afternoon two days ago about delaying match. Have already been in contact with other captains and nick and communicated with my team on their thoughts and advice.
We appreciate people have other commitments on times and injuries happen and I hope that the two injuried make a full recovery and wish llantrisant the best of luck for the rest of the season. I feel though that having 8 fit players on the nomination list that are not injuried and only having two available is more of a lack of commitment than an exemptional circumstance and this have been communicated with our team. Also we run a ladder, club night and four team squash teams so the option of moving on a day like Wednesday will have a negative impact on ladders within the club so Monday was the only option. I looked at next Monday but it was too late to do a block booking and looked at some other Mondays towards the end of the season and it would have involved playing 3 games which I felt wouldn't have been fair on my team when we had a good team for today and stood a chance in a good result.
It is a real shame that llantrisant doesn't have a team for tonight so based on the circumstances lack of court availability, our teams availability on dates looked at, a reschedule is not possible.
