Report

Report:Match report by Tim E

Cowbridge vs Cowbridge. This fixture was so good they named it twice. The Behemoths of the B's vs the Cantankerous C's. The biggest fixture to hit Cowbridge sports and social club since the installation of the women's shower curtains.

The crafty fox seems to be getting into a habit of getting his games in early before the reporters have arrived. Sadly for Si this means less reporting on the game and more focus on his performance in the bedroom. Struggling to get it up... above the tin, Gian did make it hard for himself. And after what felt like 8 minutes... like Mrs P, he was left wanting. His humour is dry but not as dry as... sorry this is getting too much. #prayforSi

After spending his day saving lives signing sick notes off in Pontypridd Tim had some real work to do. Brought in on a Bosman ruling his opponent Steve was the wildcard of the match. Not knowing what to expect it was a nervous start for Tim as Steve was playing some tight squash. He's not pretty to watch but even at age 36 with the body of a 12 year old he can still get the job done. 2-0 B's

Cowbridge has yet to invest in an away kit but this fixture might just get them knitting. Both in the famous black and white Alex vs Alex had kicked off next door. Fortunately despite their attempts at camouflage, the raging bull was clearly distinguishable wearing his probation anklet disguised as an "ankle support". Some say this was fitted to stop him from escaping from his AA meetings too early. All we know is that the meetings seem to be working and the bull is stronger than ever. Alex M did his best but his opponent didn't let up. 3-0

James vs James up next. No issues in identification this time with Jimmy in his usual swimwear. While we thought he had been sidelined for this one to rest his knee he crumpled to the FOMO. The master of deception however was unveiled by his opponent after he called himself a fat f**k. At 2-0 down James countered and played out a sublime match. Somehow managing to keep Jimmy's "perfect every time lobs" at bay he nicked the win in a fantastic 5 set thriller.

Caught up in the thriller personally I can't say I witnessed much of the final game. I did however get a bystanders opinion who described it as a clash of the Mitchell brothers. Personally I never watched Eastenders to know what he was talking about.

All the points won by Cowbridge, pies o'clock and James came dressed as Tony Hawk. What more could the fans want.

In fact speaking of fans. We would just like to thank our fan base and subscribers for their continued support. We would especially like to thank our number 1 fan Nick Edwards for his ongoing supportive comments. We read every message.
